How soon will I get a reply?
I usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. For a quicker exchange, use WhatsApp or the phone.
What should I write in my first message?
A few lines are enough: your first name, the subject that brings you here and your availability. No need to tell everything, we will take the time to talk about it during the consultation.
When is the fee communicated?
Before the consultation, when we arrange the appointment. You always know in advance what you will pay, and you may decline without giving a reason. The fee is communicated before any consultation.
Can I cancel or postpone an appointment?
Yes. Let me know as soon as possible by message or phone, and we will find another time.
