In short : Love tarot and guidance is a card reading explained live by Arthur Mertens, spiritual guide, by phone, on WhatsApp or in person: a mirror to step back from love, work or a life choice, and consider concrete ways forward.
How does a tarot reading work?
You tell me your question, or simply the subject on your mind. I shuffle the deck, draw the cards, and then we read them together. Each card is looked at on its own, but above all in relation to the others and to your story: it is the whole that tells something.
I explain what I see in simple words, without jargon. You can interrupt me and say what speaks to you or what seems wrong: the reading is built by two.
What tarot can bring you
- Perspective. Seeing your situation “from the outside”, as if laid out on a table, helps you look at it differently.
- Words. The images bring up feelings you could not manage to put into words.
- Ways forward rather than orders. The cards open possibilities; they decide nothing for you.
- A starting point to make up your mind, or to dare the conversation you had been putting off.
The most common spreads
- The three-card spread: the situation, the obstacle, the advice. Simple and effective for a specific question.
- The cross spread: a fuller view, with what supports you, what holds you back and the direction taking shape.
- The decision spread: two paths set side by side, to compare what each one opens or closes.
- The period spread: a reading of the months ahead, to approach a season of life with more clarity.
The spread is chosen together, according to your question and what you need.
Tarot and free will
The cards describe tendencies, dynamics at work at a given moment. They do not draw a fixed destiny: the way you act can change what follows. That is what makes tarot a tool for reflection rather than a crystal ball, and that is how I practise it.
What I do not promise
A reading does not predict the future with certainty and guarantees no result.
