What this website does not do
- It uses no cookies and no audience-measurement or advertising tools.
- It does not track you and sells nothing. It integrates no outside service (fonts, videos, social networks).
- It does not record what you write in the form: the form sends nothing to a server. It simply prepares a WhatsApp (or e-mail) message that you decide to send yourself.
- The only thing it may remember, in your own browser, is the language you chose (a language preference, not shared with anyone).
The information you entrust to me
When you contact me, I receive what you choose to tell me: your first name, your number or address, your message, and what you share during the consultation. This may include very personal or sensitive information (private life, health, grief, beliefs). It is used only to answer your request and carry out the consultation, with your agreement, and is shared with no one.
How long is it kept?
I do not keep the content of our exchanges: once the consultation is over, I delete the messages and information concerning you. Only any accounting documents (for example a proof of payment) may be kept for the period required by law.
The services you use to contact me
If you write to me on WhatsApp or by e-mail, your messages go through these services, which process them according to their own rules (for example WhatsApp, owned by Meta). This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may record technical connection data (such as the IP address) to ensure security and proper operation. This data may be processed outside Switzerland, notably in the United States.
Your rights
You may at any time ask me for access to your information, its correction or its deletion, by contacting me as indicated above. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the data protection authority of your country (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in France, the CNIL).
