What I offer
Psychic readings, mediumship and tarot consultations, rituals and moral and energy healing support, in person, by phone or on WhatsApp. These services are personal guidance and well-being services: they replace neither a doctor (I treat no illness and make no diagnosis), nor a lawyer, nor a financial adviser, and I guarantee no result. They are for adults only.
Before the consultation
We first talk about your situation and the way you would like me to help you. I then explain how things will go. The fee is communicated before any consultation. Since every situation is different, it is set case by case, directly with me. Nothing begins without your agreement: if you do not wish to continue, you may decline, at no cost.
Payment
The payment terms are agreed with you before the consultation, case by case.
Cancellation and postponement
As long as the consultation has not begun, you are free to withdraw. For an appointment arranged in advance, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to postpone it.
Right of withdrawal and refund
The consultation begins only after we have agreed on the fee and you have expressly asked for it to take place without delay. By making this request, you acknowledge that, if the consultation is fully carried out, you no longer have any right of withdrawal that the law of your country may provide for distance contracts. A consultation that has been carried out is not refunded.
Responsibility
My consultations are an aid to reflection. You remain free, and solely responsible, for your decisions.

Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
